Don't listen to Kev, start with the Gabriel years!! Glad to hear you enjoyed the show. I wasn't sure if you'd be turned off by the cheesier aspects of the "new" material. We saw them in Montreal and Ottawa but enjoyed Ottawa more due to the relatively intimate setting (40,000 in a stadium versus 14,000 in an arena), plus we had better seats for Ottawa. I'll post some pictures later today. It was a great crowd and I was thinking how Ottawa really gets a bad rap in this regard. In all the shows I've seen at Scotiabank Place over the last few years, the crowd has always been very appreciative of the bands' efforts. I was impressed that we sold out the arena too!

We got back from Genesis while they were in the middle of Fallen Down, so for $25 we got roughly this: Fallen Down-> Gimme Shelter Tease The Other One Jam Temporary Saint Mule Soulshine Encore: So Weak, So Strong A real tease and a definite mindfuck after Genesis -- a show in which I liked the stuff I knew I'd like and could barely tolerate the '80s pop. Mule went a good way in washing songs like Invisible Touch out of my head. The Ottawa show was much better but more on that in another thread.
