I have a colleague who laughs like Peter from The family Guy. I'm joking in no way.... It makes me want to poke my own eyes out.

I was on the phone at my desk this morning...(not on a work related call mind you, but...this girl comes up and stands right in front of me. Instead of acknowledging that I was on the phone, leaving and coming back later when I wasn't busy, she proceeds to stand there...which meant that I couldn't have a private conversation as she was now the third party to it. When I put the person on hold for a second to see what she wanted, she goes "oh, sorry". As if! Why are people so damn ignorant.....grrrrrr

THE BEACHES. Pretty, lots of green space, the beach, where your dog can go off leash, dog friendly neighbourhood, nice young contingent, great houses, funky shops, restaurants, 5 minutes to Little India and Chinatown East, 15 minutes from the Danforth and you are only about 15 minutes away from downtown. Nuf said.

I saw him a few years ago when I lived in Toronto....well worth the ticket price. He is informative, funny and SUPER intelligent. He definetly made me think differently about a lot of things...even bottled water (which he thinks is stupid).

search area.....downtown, as far north as young and Eglington, far west as the Park or far east as the beaches area..... building or a house is fine...she'd like somewhere with hardwood floors but isn't fussy. Mostly I was just hoping that if people see ones with "for rent" in the window, that they would make note of it. THanks
