Booche
"...and their dream show performed at an upcoming Rose Garland gig!" Better start practising Unbroken Chain, I got this one wrapped up rather neatly Although, Vermont Dave is certainly giving me a run for his money :: Barrett looked good but lost points for "esimated". Is that the drunk version? Jebas though, that is one SWEET second set you got there DaveyBoy! Jaimoe
At least one of you could have included the Dead's early blues anthem: Good Morning Little Schoolgirl. It deserves to be there, preferably with Pigpen on vocals and harp.
dark_starr
We're gonna have a tough time digging up Pigpen for that one.

Better start practising Unbroken Chain, I got this one wrapped up rather neatly Although, Vermont Dave is certainly giving me a run for his money :: Although I am disappointed with myself for not including a few Pigpen tunes (thanks Jaimoe). Funny things is I made a mix of live performaces not long ago which has all the songs listed in my pick, then I grabbed my copy of 04-11-72 City Hall, Newcastle upon Tyne, England yesterday and realized where I had come up with that setlist,04-11-72 has always been one of my favourite shows as for the setlist,so it appears I added to the setlist awhile back when making that collection, but I did at least use different versions and not all tracks from that show. But I assume that becuase I didn't follow the guidlines as given (20 songs) that will work against me. I think my set is right up there booche, perhaps its a bit much for ya.... " In all honesty, its a fuggin BEAUT, but, like you said, you didnt follow the guidlines :: (It probably WOULD be a bit much for me ) Anyways, its so subjective, of course I am going to think I have the best setlist! All I ask about mine, look at that date. I'ld rather take that then win Lotto 649 Just imagine......................
