Will you be in attendence, are you having a metal breakdown trying to figure out what to do, or do you just not care ? dave-O Posted July 15, 2004 Report Share Posted July 15, 2004 I have to say, the word on the street out here has not been kind towards Evolve (what am I, the maritime correspondent now?)... folks were disappointed with the line-up, ticket prices, etc... Not to mention a contigent of people are going to moe.down to support the Bus... BUT (and it's a big but) it seemed to be common knowledge (or at least assumed) that there would be an attempt to get The Slip, in light of the Shaker and all, and that would be the clincher for everyone around these parts. Esau Posted July 15, 2004 Report Share Posted July 15, 2004 I was actually rather surprised to hear about the negative thoughts on evolve's line-up.I think its a pretty impressive line-up this year.One of the better ones in fact,especially now that the Slip has been added. When I check the site I notice that GTB is on the line up,but I'm way outta the loop now not being involved with UF Productions anymore,when is moe.down then? Is it the same weekend? Esau Posted July 15, 2004 Report Share Posted July 15, 2004 Looks that way,although their site isn't up to date for show listings,still listing June.But when I got the email list of shows for the summer a couple weeks back,there were no Canadian dates,so Evolve may be the only Canadian date,at least up until Evolve.I'm hoping they head into upper Canada for some shows.I need my Tuba fix,been a few months now.
