I'd go to that show if it were around here. I know both of those bands use to play at The Grand in K-Dub atleast once a month back in the 80's. My mom knew the dude from Images in Vogue. Aren't the Spoons from Kitchener?

They became Finger Eleven. (No, really: they changed their name, largely, I think, to make it palatable to a wider audience.)

Oh yeah, I know '69 Duster. One of my best buddies plays guitar in the band.

Me and Dale Martin Martindale (what a cool name) actually wrote and performed a song together once. I forget it now, but it had something to do with love or som'n. He wrote the cheesy parts - I wrote the funny parts. He has a Juno, I don't. Maybe I better work on cheese.

i remember when sixties and seventies tunes were retro, does that mean i am getting old, becuase i don't feel or look old, i got asked if i was old enough to vote this year by a campaign guy. i laughed and told him i wasn't and he went away!
