dave-O
http://www.tvguide.com/News/Entertainment/Fox has announced a Friday, Feb. 10, two-hour season finale — that's what the memo says, season finale — for Arrested Development. In the season finale — that's what the memo says, season finale — Fast Times at Ridgemont High's Judd Reinhold will guest-star, as well as Arrested headliner Jason Bateman's real-life sis, Family Ties alum Justine Bateman, playing a woman who may or may not be Michael's half-sister.I'd bet the "two hour" finale is actually the last 4 episodes back-to-back-to-back-to-back. bouche
yeah! it'll be back in on one network or another! They should also get her ex-boyfriend Nick to guest on the show!
djmelbatoast
Shows that stick around to long tend to get stale and unfunny (eg. Simpsons). Shows that get cancelled before their time become classics(Flying Circus, the Office, Family Guy). It could be for the best if it ends on a high note. bradm
And Python had, itself, gotten boring and repetitive near the end, so much so that it caused John Cleese to quit after the third season. (One more season followed, and it was probably the worst of the four.)Aloha,Brad
Ms.Huxtable
Although I agree with you djmelbatoast about shows going out on a high note (somebody shoot the Simpsons already!) I think there's still plenty of good stuff in store for Arrested Development if given the chance.
