d_rawk
Dunno. How does anyone know about anything rocktastic? If you like The Talking Heads, I suggest starting with the track "Grounds For Divorce". You said you hate the soundOf the busses on the groundYou said you hate the way they scrape their brakes all over townI said pretend it's whalesKeeping their voices downSuch were the grounds for divorce I knowOn the radioAnd the bouncing bodies' droneFound eighteen reasons I can't pick up on the phoneI said look at the cloudsIt's a show all on its ownSuch were the grounds for divorce I knowBut the darling is deadWe hit her on the headIt looked like a wedding cakeThough the darling is deadWe hit it on the headIt looked like a newlywedBut look at the loversAnd the way they standAnd the way they move and the way they move their handsAnd look at their babiesAnd their tiny little handsAnd the way they get loved and the way they get loved ohOh look at the loversAnd the way they standAnd the way they move and the way they move and the way they move their handsSaid you hate the soundOf the busses on the groundSaid you hate the way they scrape their brakes all over townSaid pretend it's whaleskeeping their voices downSuch were the grounds for divorce i knowLooked like a newlywedOn the radioAnd the bouncing bodies' droneFound eighteen reasons I can't pick up on the phoneSaid look at the cloudsIt's a show all on its ownSuch were the grounds, such were the grounds, for divorce I know

kippi
I was in Montreal for the last show of their previous tour... they blew my face off. They are a million times better then when they were touring with Modest Mouse (and they were great then). I recommend this show.

I recommend this show.Ha, I was at that show too and I thought they were too drunk to do anything right, they lost all control of tempo and dynamics. But the show was fun. The Modest Mouse show I saw them at was good for me because I hadn't heard the songs live before.Great Fleetwood Mac ending in Montreal though, hehe.AD
bouche
I listened to some of this on the bus route today. I couldn't help but be reminded of XTC.I'm sure this will be a very fun show. I just may go.
