Unlike the pair’s previous studio collaboration, 1998’s A Go Go , which features MMW backing Scofield on his originals, Out Louder is a genuine four-way collaboration. Recorded in under a week at Shacklyn, MMW's Brooklyn studio, Out Louder features new MSMW originals like “Little Walter Rides Again†and “Miles Behind,†as well as a reworking of Peter Tosh's "Legalize It."
