SmoothedShredder
Any festival with Peter Bjorn AND Peter Yorn is a-ok with me!

AD
all good points! i'm totally nostalgic, and i'm sure everyone has skipped a Sexsmith gig to wash their socks.[color:purple]Enough from the cheap seats!
MarcO
The headliners are excellent but whenever I look at these kinds of line-ups I haven't the foggiest clue who half of these artists are!
AD
Yeah, since I'm seeing most of the headliners at other festivals this summer I'm not that keen on this festival. Plus the heat in Austin would kill me. But, the return of MMJ is very interesting and leads me to hope for a fall tour. The undercard would be interesting to see as I've not heard of most of it, but as far as being a draw from Ottawa to Texas it doesn't do much. bradm
The one artist in the line-up that caught my eye was Gotan Project. ISTR Low Roller raving about them a while back.Aloha,Brad
AD
I have their La Revancha del Tango album and it would be interesting to see how they pull off their music live, as it seems more like a studio project to me. Cool.
Freak By Night
Bjork? Arcade Fire? Wilco? White Stripes?AD, I thought those were some of your favourites?I have to agree with Marco, I've never heard of some of those artists in the smaller print. I'd go to that festival if I had bank account full of extra money and no job.
AD
Bjork? Arcade Fire? Wilco? White Stripes?AD, I thought those were some of your favourites?Yeah, and I'll be seeing all of them at least once this summer already, so no need to truck down to Texas where I would surely melt in the heat. I guess my first post was a bit misleading as to my feelings on the lineup. I like it, but it would be deja vu for me if I went.btw Bjork will be in Montreal late September the rumour mill says. Ms.Huxtable
I see about 16 acts that I'd want to see, that beats a lot of other festivals out there.Crowded House? I mean come on!
YearsAlongTheSea
That's an awsome line-up if you ask me. Does it make me want to go to Texas? No. Nothing in this world could ever make me want to go to Texas. Nothing...
