Last night I made sesame noodles with tempeh, vegetaables in a spicy ginger coconut milk sauce with peanuts.I love cooking with coconut milk. AdamH Posted May 2, 2008 Report Share Posted May 2, 2008 Yeah make a thai soup. get the tom yum paste and dilute it with water (or stock) and add your coconut milk to it along with any veg you want, maybe shrimp or tofu. Ms Zimmy Posted May 2, 2008 Author Report Share Posted May 2, 2008 I made a coconut milk peanut butter sauce...buckwheat soba noodles, lots of veggies and tofu.I added about half a can of coconut milk, soya sauce, gingerroot, garlic, cayenne and peanut butter.
