I'd like to bring an instructor into our office a couple times a week and am looking to make a connection with someone who can offer any of these services.Anyone know of anyone?

Davey Boy 2.0 Posted October 1, 2008 Report Posted October 1, 2008 It's the weight you put on from eating too many of these
Ms.Huxtable Posted October 1, 2008 Author Report Posted October 1, 2008 Kettle weights are weighted balls with handles. You can do traditional dumb bell lifting exercises with them but you can also do swinging motions with them.Great exercise - but I wouldn't know them well enough to lead people with them. I need an expert.
Cosmic ChrisC Posted October 1, 2008 Report Posted October 1, 2008 Contact Jacqueline Éthier...I took Pilates with her when she taught at the School of Dance in Ottawa. She now has her own studio downtown:http://www.pilatesspace.com/trainers.html
AD Posted October 2, 2008 Report Posted October 2, 2008 there are tons of freelance yoga instructors around, at good rates too. if you call rama lotus and ask about recent graduates from their instructor programs you might get some good and cheap results that way.
