fluffhead77
I have eaten your weight in those things Dave...but never made them. I always got the impression it was more trouble than it was worth to make them considering how cheap they are in the store. anyone?

Ms Zimmy
I've made them. I didn't follow a recipe, but used rice paper and filled it with cabbage, mushrooms, onion, carrots and rice vermicelli. It did take a while to make. Freeze them on wax paper, then in a container, make enough for a few meals. I found it was worth it when i was done but haven't made them since. SolarGarlic
This gal has a rocking page. I've followed her steps and the finished product was awesome. Time consuming folding those little bastards though...http://userealbutter.com/2007/10/04/chinese-dumplings-and-potstickers-recipe/
bouche
We made dumplings, and they are simple though time consuming for a full batch. A great way to enjoy dumplings in Ottawa is to visit the Dumpling House on somerset and buy some quality dumplings then steam/sautee them.
