Still very strange to see the ocean coming over the wharf. This next picture of a building my uncle is working on is from North Rustico Harbour. Those pictures are of a high water point that only lasted 3 or 4 hours on Tuesday, the water is still very high but not in people's homes. Those small businesses will dry out.
