Hartamophone
Saw him in Ottawa in 2013. I had no idea that a classic rock arena show could be that good. I was floored.
edger
Man almost ashamed and surprised to say I've still never seen him. My son has been begging to see him too but recently made another commitment (albeit a fun one) for the same night. Dang
edger
Not sure if this is the most recent Macca thread or not...but its the one I found first. Looking forward to seeing him for the first time (crazy) this Thursday in Hamilton with my boy. Would have been cool to have witnessed this: http://liveforlivemusic.com/news/breaking-grateful-deads-bob-weir-just-sat-in-with-paul-mccartney/
Hartamophone
Have a beauty of a time. As I said above, I was floored after his show in Ottawa. It was so far above and beyond what I had expected. And ten points to you for taking your son.

edger
Been camping since this show...it was certainly a treat to get to go to this with my son. Grateful to c-towns for helping me sure tickets. Actually I observed a few kids there and multiple generations...true testament to his timelessness. Played for almost 3 hours and still sounds great. He has managed to maintain his range considerably and vocal power. Hard to pick a favourite moment really...just so many great songs. He truly comes across as incredibly humble and relatable despite the extraordinary life he has led. It was about time I saw him.
