\/\/illy
I've always been amused by Kentucky state's Big Bone Lick State Park.
hamilton
And I've always been amused by: It's just outside Troy, MI on I-75. Obviously, a great deal of thought was put into this. Then again, maybe not.

backbacon
yeah, we pass that big beaver one on our way to every MI concert pretty much.. of course doing the obligatory half-hearted point and tee hee. and that bong recreation park one - that's where we camped for an Alpine Valley show (iirc) one year and, just sitting aroudn the fire, a group of eight or so of us, being very quiet, when out from the bushes pop two yogies! They had been spying on us! They started to interrogate us about the joint we were allegedy smoking (which we were). Buddy who had it though tossed it under his chair or something; it was but a roach at that point. THe two rangers insisted we were up to no good though and proceeded to pick up cigarette butts that were laying aroudn the fire pit and inspect them - total fucking idiots; we were doing all we could to keep from laughing at the dolts. Finally they gave up and, trying to be all cool, asked us about the phish show and told us to carry on with what we were doing and have a good night. My point being: that place certainly doesn't live up to it's name!
