Del
Unless the Gourds wrote lines like: "It's kinda hard being Snoop D o double g" "Later on that day, my homie Dr. Dre came through with a gang of Tanqueray" "Dre got some bitches from the city of Compton" Then Snoop definately did not cover The Gourds. The chorus, maybe, but not the entire song... <---closet old school Snoop fan

PassedOutGuy
im completely torn by a few great songs... Crosseyed and Painless, Cities, Boogie ON and Sneakin Sally, 2001 have to be my favourite with honourable mention going to most other covers they pull off... the latter 3 have taken me to some pretty good places... Jaimoe
I like Phish's versions of " Rock & Roll " and " Oh! Sweet Nuthin' ". Any time they cover Who tunes is great too. However, I'm still in shock reading that Phish Stick hates " Loving Cup " by The Stones. It's the best song on The Stones' best album: Exile On Main Street. Phish does it justice, but can't top it.
