made crockpot ribs today. Started them at 10:30 am. I could have bbq'd them over that time, but I didn't want to have to watch the fire. Crockpot is really easy and they really come out extremely well.

Quite a coincidence that you posted that., I had a vision last week that ended up on our plates. We had asparagus and I felt the need to do something different so into my brain popped an image of chicken breast wrapped around prosciutto-wrapped asparagus with some fresh basil leaves and blue cheese. After pounding out the chicken breast I was able to line it with prosciutto, asparagus and basil. I chickened out on using the cheese (pun intended) because I wouldn't have been able to seal it well enough and the cheese would have melted out. After some seasoning, I seared all sides of the chicken parcel and then finished it in the oven. The asparagus came out perfect with that "snap" and the salty prosciutto seasoned everything nicely from the inside out.

I was just checking out expedia and it looks like there is a decent option for flight and hotel for a bunch of days at Resort at Indio. It's walking distance to the coachella site from what I can see and you can get 1-3 bedroom condos for the duration.

Mind you if you want a KILLER greasy breaky, go to the HEALTHY HABIT on King St. near portsmouth tavern for the best homefries and toast, eggs, sausage breakfast in kingston. I believe that part of MJ's mind never grew past an 8 year old, yet other parts did. Also, he was controlled by so many outside forces. I seriously doubt that any business was actually executed by him (like purchasing the beatles catalog). Now, as far as the allegations go, what leads people to really believe what the media displayed? There was evidence that showed obvious attempts at extortion from what I remember yet at the same time it's clear that there was something strange going on. Strange comes in many flavours. All I know for SURE is that he was a musical prodigy and I had a great time seeing his music accelerate and explode when I was in grade 7. How many other deaths can be listed that impacted so many people? This is quite incredible. Even the torrent sites are saturated with MJ music and videos. 2 generations are probably just discovering Michael just because his death.
