  1. Alright GM. I waited long enough and did my OWN research. Thanks to a very hard to find link on Gadiel's page, I finally found the article.

Here's a pic of the dude that played with Trey and Mike, playing with n-e-r-o!!!

Dave, Jay and Shane played with a guy that played with Trey and Trey played with Steven Wright (12-30-96: Steven Wright was on a countertop service bell during Simple) who was in the movie Loser (2000) with Colleen Camp who was in Trapped (2002) with Kevin Bacon!!!

  2. There has been a number of people who have registered lately that may not have received their passwords. Most have been due to over-quota'd (is that a freaking word?) hotmail account email addresses. Some emails have just failed.

If you've registered recently, and haven't received a password, please email sanctuary@jambands.ca with your username and the email address you registered with. Also, make sure to send the email with an account that you know can receive mail.

  3. I'm quite jealous that you get to enjoy this freaking band tonight. The Punk was incredible. Nero was incredible. I forgot that drums and tuba was even playing afterwards. However, I also forgot how much fun drums and tuba are as well until they came on.

say it with me...say it proud....Punk!!!!

  4. Never let yourself get down about a show you are unable to go to. That's a big mistake and leads to bitterness.

The whole ticketmaster infrastructure sux for big things, and always has. NYC is a great place, so anyone who's got a place to stay there for NYE without a tix should be excited anyways. There will be amazing things happening all over the town.

My experience this morning was just frantic clicking on "look for tickets" only to get random errors and server not found messages. The ticket ordering form has, in the past, always been the page where you say "YES!" and you fill it out, click look for tickets, and it spits you out 2 or whatever you asked for. Now, that screen means squat. You have to make it past that screen, and even if you get a page that says "we found these tickets for you", you have to hope that after you fill out your info, that it still doesn't crash. You have 5 minutes for their server to work correctly or you don't get tix.

I just hope blane has fun. [big Grin]

  5. Yeah Blane.

That crap happened to me trying to get tix for Phil and SCI's tour a summer ago. I pretty much front row center, and after filling everything out and hitting the final confirm button, I kept getting ERRORS!

In my case, it NEVER worked and it finally said that the 5 min holding period had elapsed and my tix were released.

I was pretty pissed off. After that, there were only much crappier tix available. I emailed SCI and their ticketing manager actually looked at the logs and saw my issue and was able to get me better seats than what ticketmaster had eventually alotted. But they werent' up front *grrrr* like I had been teased with.

    I'm still clicking here. I can't stop.

  6. I just keep getting different errors.

    - expired pages

    - "we don't have the inventory to fullfill your request"

    - "unable to fullfill your request"

    - something else about not being able to get me tix

    - "cannot find server"

"We are unable to fulfill your specific request. We may not have the type of tickets you requested or the number of seats together that you are looking for.

If you are unable to find tickets, be sure to check back often. As the date of the event nears, many times a limited number of tickets may be released.
