  15. Ha ha. The first time I heard Ganges Delta Blues was back in '93. I was smoking chillums with some friends in their houseboat on the Ganges River in Varanasi, and buddy put on a tape of A Meeting By The River, which had just come out that winter. I haven't listened to that in years.

  17. Speaking of the bluegrass, has anybody heard of the Gary Greenland Band? They are playing this Friday night at the Montgomery Legion Hall on Kent Street and, according to http://www.valleygrass.ca/ "Garry is one of the pre-eminent bluegrass musicians in the Ontario, so don't miss this show!"
  18. I'm looking forward to this. I know they are competing with some pretty good rock shows that night, but if you like this kind of thing at all go see them. You'll be glad you did.
