  2. Fucking yawnfest! Turned it off after the 2nd, what happened?
  3. Christ, Arsenal let's one in at the 90 minute mark. Aaaah well.
  4. New Orleans, wow.......what was I thinking......Jesus, I guess I thought the Giants could create pressure but wow New Orleans is so high octane. Drew Brees is a 157.7 at half time.

  6. Ho ho ho, another crazy day of football. Big surprises in a couple of games. The North London derby is looming large with quite a bit of meaning this time around Ollie.
  7. There's lots to be excited about right now including Leclaire and scoring across all lines. Yeah its early but last seaon was painful so I'm just going to soak it up. Jarkko should have bit someone to cap off a great night.

  9. Only watched the third but.......Leclaire! Two huge saves at the end. Thought it was a great period with a lot excitement. Komi was so close.
  10. Habs 2009 playoffs bad? Shudder. I'd like to see the Sens offence get going......6-5 Sens with Cheechoo and Michalek both getting hat tricks.
  11. Well I was 100% behind Favre when he came back with Jets but was pretty down on the Vikings thing but I ended up cheering for him the entire time. He had tons of zip in his arm and he made the most of the time he had in the pocket (which was plenty to say the least). Great game by both QBs but the game was won on the line not in the pocket. Green Bay was correct in moving on and Favre silenced the critics(again), well see if Minnesota can protect like that the whole season and maybe the lightened reps in the pratice can keep his arm fresh the entire season (Christ if Jamarcus Russell is allowed to be a quarterback then maybe Old Balls Brett should be left alone).
  12. Fucking Torres at the 80 minute mark should have put that one home, he looked flustered. Benayoun is fun to watch. Favourite parts of the game, my girlfriend calling Drogba a "flopper" (she got that from a Simpsons episode) and then obversing that Drogba shredded Pool after getting a quick spray on his heel after a "savage" tackle that I'm "surprised" he survived...."What was in that bottle?". This was the second match she's ever watched.
  13. I only watched the 2nd period, absorbed the back breaking goal, pondered it, turned off the game.
  14. I went 3 for 4 again on two tickets, blew the Balt. vs NE on the 44.5 under (Jesus Baltimore, two roughing the passer calls that led to two touchdowns, that hurt) and blew Dallas to win. I'm still beating against Denver next week, doesn't matter who they're playing, I refuse to believe in those fuckers. Didn't gamble on week 3 because I couldn't find the time but I'm down 30 so far. Good times though, I love the anguish. edit: Just noticed the Donkeys are playing NE in Denver, awesome, hopefully there will be some hype after beating Dallas and NE will come in with a good multiplier.
  15. Great work by Bolton and Sunderland is currently putting the scare into ManU. Could make for a great day of football tomorrow.

  18. Big match on Sunday, let's see Chelski drop another.
  19. You're taking the Markov news suprisingly well Tissue Man, good on ya.
