Indianapolis Colts 12/6 TENNESSEE TITANS 12/13 DENVER BRONCOS 12/17 @ Jacksonville Jaguars 12/27 NEW YORK JETS 1/3 @ Buffalo Bills New Orleans Saints 12/6 @ Washington Redskins 12/13 @ Atlanta Falcons 12/19 DALLAS COWBOYS 12/27 TAMPA BAY BUCCANEERS 1/3 @ Carolina Panthers Jacksonville is playing better but not great, I think Indie's biggest tests will be in their dome and as well as Titans are pulling out big late minute wins and Denver has played here and there I think that schedule is pretty decent. For the Saints, the Skins suck (but are playing better), Tampa's worse, Falcons cannot play D and I don't think Carolina can do it either. So really it's Dallas at home and I don't think they have a chance either. History might get made.

I've got a 32inch at Del's house sitting on top of his unplugged freezer collecting dust and a 27inch at my apartment with full satellite but I've haven'te been home in months, I think Lambert may turn it on occasionally but I doubt it. At my girlfriend's we've got a big TV used pretty much exclusively for the wii and movies. The exceptions being Sunday mass ie NFL football (god bless it) and the greastest show in television history, America's Next Top Model.

Taunting fail

The point I was trying to make wasn't that I lost, it was that the potential for winning puts one in the unenviable and whore-ish position of rooting for teams you despise. But yes the pain is part of the joy.

This weekend summed up everything I hate about pro-line. I had a winning ticket (just $25) if Dallas covered the spread. Problem is I fucking hate Dallas but I still watched almost every moment of that brutal game. It was fucking garbage (at least 3 quarters were, if you're a GB fan I'm sure you got some pleasure out of the 4th). Flags on almost every play, just terrible, terrible football. But I still hung on and cheered for my most hated team. That's one problem with pro-line. Roy Williams'd Second ticket, first three picks are winners and I'm looking at $65 if Indie wins by 4. I kind of hate indie (mostly just everything Manning, though he is great) and I enjoy Patriot football. So the Patriots are killing them and I don't give a fuck about the 65 bucks because I'm loving it. The second the Patriots kicked that field goal to go up to 34 points and I start doing the quick math and realize if Indie comes back that field just killed my 4 points spread. Then I watched in horror as it all went down. Painful weekend of gambling.
