  2. I'd love to see the Deaner with Basketball Commentator Jack Armstrong! "Scraaaaaaaaaaaamble, HelLOW!" My godfather went to school with Bob Cole. He forgets my name all the time, and sometimes he thinks I play for the Leafs. It must be something in that Newfie water!
  3. Ouch Garbi! That one looks like it hurts bad!

  5. Not directly! But when is it ever? Super sleepy yesterday, and you can't see it all! Glad to see he got a decent audience size. He's cool, just no B65 or Josh Martinez!
  6. It was packed in there for sure. Drum and Bass seems to bring out a special crowd. Very colourful. Very experimental. I had no idea KJ Sawka was going to bring out that many people! The only thing that I've really worked on that was ballpark in the Elmo was Bassnectar, who's been here a couple times, and it never got that packed. Kudos to the Drum and Bass community, they certainly know what they like. The main promoter is really excited to bring KJ back to a much bigger venue next time (it was his first to the city). Certainly wasn't MY kind of 'pop it on the car stereo' kind of music, but KJ Sawka is a monster wizard, in magicians clothes when it comes to playing drums and simutaniously composing the rest of the song using a variety of samplers and Abelton Live... Like I said, not my favourite brand of sounds, but there was no doubt what this guy was doing was kinda cool. Super nice guy too. I couldn't resist asking a native Seattlian around 30 years old about the affect of the grunge movement. Lets just say, he knew! Chameleon Project was well recieved, as the flood of smokers to the patio attested to AFTER they wrapped up the set. They also had a high water night for merch. Not bad considering they were using their old bass player as we patciently await Snappy's return from India. I don't like it when it's that packed... but considering it was his 1st time to Toronto, it's really hard to prepare for something like this. Sorry some of the crowd made your friend a little uncomfortable Luke.
  7. It's kind of funny to talk about a team waking up when it has picked up a point in it's last 20 games, but I hope that Tampa Game is a sign of things to come. We scored from a lot of different spots that game... and I think the Vermette/Kelly/Neil line has been playing fantastic... finally opening the door for the 3 lines of Terror! Actaully, the fourth line was +4 (atleast Shubert was) the last game... so.... :) Pittsburg had an easy time with the Bruins... we've got to follow suit. Is Buffalo running out of gas? or just playing Coy... either way, it's good to get some pressure on them so they don't have it too easy down the stretch.
  8. All obey the Hypno-toad!, and have a Happy Birthday.Happy Birthday.Happy Birthday hehe

  16. so, I'm assuming you want to change your's. Just put it back in if not Mr. Mtn. Okay, so MadLib has an album special herbs 1&2, and it's gold for this... 17. Yeah, I definately crossed the line in university with coffee... And Wake up pills, with the rooster on em... used em once and ended up finishing my essay or whatever and then stared at my aquarium for 4 hours... no sleep till brooklyn. Since then, having a good sleep is one of my top priorities, so I barely touch the stuff... that being said, when I do get a double espresso, it's got a powerful effect. I'm such a cheap drunk!
  18. ooops! Sorry... the the really threw me off...
  19. One game at a time. Remain Focused. Take nothing for granted... it will be a grind. Apology accepted. I'm sorry I had to do that.
  20. I wonder how Spoonman feels about Piano Man and Mr. Tabourine Man now?
