What a great night of Hockey!!! Edmonton played real gritty playoff style hockey. Really got to the Sens at the end. The upcoming home and home is going to be huge. Hopefully we can take advantage of a banged up Buffalo team and take a couple games off the 5 and 1/2 we are behind. It was great to see Comrie respond to all the "special attention" he was getting from the crowd to night. You could really see his hustle, and determination, really showed on his shootout winner to leave the Oilers fans with a real bad taste in their mouths, though they definately should be happy getting that point. Only the third shootout of the year for the Sens... good to see we don't play too many games that go down to the wire. Got to see a good chunk of the Avery/Broudeur battle, where Avery crashed the crease, Broduer Cross checked Avery, and Avery dumped Brodeur into his net sans Helmet. The insuing shouting match between Janssen from the bench and Lundqvist where you could clearly see Janssen saying "You're next", all spaz like, was very entertaining. It culminated in a great fight between Janssen and Colton Orr where Jansen ended up in the box missing most of his equipment minus shoulder pads. Yeah, Hockey's fuckin cool.
