crap the show already happened? i didn't see what the date of it was and was gonna ask

i guess i like the city. when deciding where to move 5 years ago, my first choice was tokyo, doesn't get any bigger than that. to me that's a perfect city. old and new blended together in every neighbourhood, you can have anything you want. and it's still safer than anywhere. i also like to be able to access live music all the time. i certainly love spending time in nature too, but i doubt i'll make a permanent move like that until i'm old.

a friend of mine just got back from vegas, went to see Love while there and said it was awesome. to quote: the music follows the cd exactly. they do stop a few times and talk. Blackbird is spoken live by the actor. It features 4 dudes in "blackbird" costumes trying to fly, and keep crashing into the stage. Oh the seats there in the theater all have 2 speakers in the headrest and the seat in front of you has a speaker on the back facing you. So you get that plus the theater system. Awesome sound. Get Back was awesome, had some crazy dancing and aerial moves. There was like 20 peeps on stage jumping arund and shit. At 1 point there was 4 peeps on roller skaets going off these ramps. They were just amazing.

ha! actually he got into the biz by entering a contest, writing a script for a movie starring himself...so i'm not too sure about the endowedness, lol. he b&p'd me some phish shows about 10 yrs ago and we belong to the same (private) message board. he is a real nice guy. but i've only met him once in person, and it was about 8 yrs ago. i'll look out for him on the message board and get his deets for ya!

i am having a lot of trouble working these few days due to these shows blasting out of my computer at all times!

my MC got cancelled without my knowledge when i was travelling a few years ago. when i couldn't get any money and called MC, they told me my card had been 'compromised' but they refused to tell me ANYTHING other than that...wouldn't give me any details at all. (i still have no idea what happened). it sucked because i couldn't use my card and they wouldn't send me a new one to the country i was in (india...can't really blame em i guess) so if i hadn't had another card i would have been screwed! i don't usually keep the best track of my debit withdrawals, but now after reading this thread i've been looking at my online statement and convincing myself i didn't make all those withdrawals...hehe
