  1. When I lit out of reno I was chased by ChrisLambert
  2. Have yet to listen to it... but the band makes me smile so I'll check it out
  3. If I need to commute I will... but a lesson I learnt long ago was that there is no harm in asking as long as you don't have any shame... which I have none of. Does the dumpster get cable internet?
  4. The SP upgrades are usually recommended. I installed the beta SP3 upgrade month's ago, and am now running with the official version. Havn't had a single problem due to the upgrade. I highly suggest it
  5. I just got offered a seat in a specialized seminar at Sheridan College. Only problem being that I live in toronto. The course is between October 20th and November 1st, with sundays off. If anyone living in the Oakville area might have a place to crash (even if just for a couple nights) it would be greatly appreciated. Feel free to post in the thread or PM me -Myles

My 13 year old brother just begged me to find tickets so I could take him to his first concert... anyone able to help me out with 2 tickets?
  7. Nope... Just a play on words to Mastercraft
  8. Toubab Krewe is playing on the 28th at revival... I'll be raging that show! So you like MSTRKRFT? Me and a buddy saw the guy outside of the Social last Wednesday, and he had the dirtiest hipster stash ever. So my buddy walks up and asks if he's in Mustache Craft.
  9. Fake Bobby Hah! Schwa you wanna bike there with me?
  10. q: What two bands both originally went by the name "The Warlocks" a: The Grateful Dead / The Velvet Underground
  11. Digging it! Where could I find more of their stuff?
  12. Happy birthday cully, have you been converted yet?
  13. Hope to see some familiar faces at the Toronto show!
  14. I enjoy how one of the selling points is not having to use those annoying little batteries... and then they let you know that you can use those annoying batteries to charge the hearing aid while on the road... and they will throw a couple in for free. Damn bionics
  15. For all those bacon fans out there, there is a great dish from Sea-Hi (a Chinese food restaurant in Toronto) called Chicken Sticks. It is Chicken wrapped in bacon and deep fried in batter for good measure. Combined with their home made plum sauce it is a recipe for danger!
  16. In theory a pair of USB speakers should work without a problem. Although if you are having software conflicts with your audio drivers you might still run into problems. Only real way to know is to plug in and see. What you may want to try prior to spending the money would be uninstalling all of your current audio drivers from your hardware device manager. Then turn your computer off and on and again, allowing windows to re-install your sound drivers. That may fix the problem.
  17. If anyone is a big fan of the office might I suggest another related British sit com in a very similar vain. It is actually produced by the same people as the original british office, and written by the creators of Father Ted. It is Called "The I.T. Crowd". It is about 2 giant nerds and one hottie who work in the I.T. department of a giant office building. From "Gay The Musical" to "The Lonely goth stuck in the back room" there are many classic off the wall moments. I believe it airs on G4 tech tv in canada... but I'm pretty sure you can find it streaming or a torrent fairly easily. So far there have only been two 6 episode series (what the british call a season) of the show, so not too much to get caught up on. If anyone gets a kick out of this show and wants a few other suggestions of amazing british comedies give me a pm and I'll give you a multitude of suggestions.
  18. Thanks for the heads up tigger... this one will definitely get me jumping around.
  19. Hmmm... incredibly tempting... If I can put together a crew I'm probably in.
