Curses ... I realized yesterday that I have to run the live music for Queen's Sci Formal on the night of Joan Baez, so I can't go. Hopefully The Marble Index are still good ..

Just this year I've seen Richie Havens and Pete Seeger, with Arlo one or two years back. Joan Baez comes pretty close to completing it for me. Plus she's super hot, even in her 60s

The Hip are to the Manor what the Beatles are to the Cavern. It was a goddamn ugly building so the area is well-improved without it, but it was an essential music venue for many years in Kingston.

I'm on Crerar, so not quite Portsmouth village ... though I am a big fan of the Ports.

Oooo I can watch CORK down the street from my new house ... I'm moving Friday and will be a 3 minute walk from the Lake. Might make Wolfe Island this year ... not as crazy about the lineup as I have been in past years though.

Lemonwheel to me represents the best road trip ever. Took two new Phish fans with me, who were generally more casual fans, and neither of whom had the experience level with booze and drugs that I had. So I fucked them up pretty good. And Phish did a good job of that ... maybe later I'll post some pics.
