Show last night was pretty great. His grandson, Tao Rodriguez-Seeger, has incredible voice and can play pretty damn good too. We got treated to: - Midnight Special - She'll Be Comin Round The Mountain - Skip To My Lou - Turn Turn Turn - Where Have All The Flowers Gone - Guantanemero - If I Had A Hammer plus a few other Latin American songs that Tao sang, and a few Pete originals I didn't know. Helluva show!
  2. Is that really the venue? That rules. Bought my tix last night ... super stoked

these things are friggin impossible to find now, at least in Kingston. Everywhere that sells them in town only gets surprise sporadic deliveries. Anyone else experience similar woes?

Anyone else catching his mini-tour this week? I got sweet seats for the Kingston show tomorrow night and I can hardly wait!
  6. So I'm moving soon into a considerably smaller house. I have a decent amount of Phish and Dead tapes (with some assorted other goods too, MMW, Panic, etc.). Anyone interested in taking off my hands for the price of postage? I have no idea how much it'd cost to send them, there's probably over 100 tapes. The Phish shows cover a lot of 97 and 98, but there's a good amount of 93 - 95 and a few others as well. The Dead tapes have one or two shows from almost every year I think.

  16. Angels and Demons as a book was far more gripping than Da Vinci Code IMO. Hopefully they learned lessons from the many criticisms of the first movie and can add some human touch to this one.
  17. I've done this sort of thing with my daughter many times .... when she under the age of 2.

  20. This looks like it could rival Big Lebowski ... and I have particular affection for I Got A Line On You by Spirit ...
  21. That's pretty goddamn cool. The tribe, not the logging.
  22. Love that setlist ... I saw Clapton in 94 at MLG on the From The Cradle tour - all blues covers, the only 'staple' was a good jive version of Crossroads. Jimmy Vaughan opened.
