Kinda last minute but just trying to get the word out about a great party going down on Saturday night. Not sure if they come on here at all but friends of the Dog, Jeff Hoover & Sarah Berta are tying the knot and this Saturday night they are throwing a buck & doe party. Is that common for festivals? Aloha, Brad Reggae acts have bad a reputation for sometimes not showing up. Maybe that has something to do with it?

I was at the sound academy for 311 and Slightly Stoopid a few weeks back. Apparently they invested a bunch of money into the sound system and were touting it as the best sounding venue in Toronto now. Well I couldn't even get close enough to the stage to hear this new sound system. You couldn't get anywhere near the stage if you wanted to drink. Probably because it was an all ages show. I assume that panic won't be all ages, but if it is this venue will suck.

Did anyone read the article in the sun that listed the salaries of a bunch of TTC employees? I didn't myself but heard that bus drivers are making like $70,000 or more per year, and in one case a person selling tokens made over $100,000 in a year. If that is correct then I can't believe they have the balls to go on strike and demand more money. No wonder it costs so much to use public transit in Toronto.

Thanks guys, and gals. While it hasn't been a month long celebration like Carries birthday, it has been almost a full week of partying now. Galactic on Thursday, Joni's party on Saturday, dinner with the family on Tuesday, playing with Big Gilson from Brazil in London yesterday, and of course I can't forget to mention opening for Jonny fucking Winter this Sunday. What a birthday week!

Hey Keri. Just a thought, but if they have no actual proof that you used any gas at all couldn't you tell them you've been out of the country for the past year so you had it turned way down, or even off completely?
