  1. well it's just me but - with no disrepsect to The Chameleon - I think he needs to make a different choice or it should go.
  2. although I have to wonder if the Jimmy Reed song is the same as the Dead cover? That would be having the same song twice within a theme, albeit different artists doing it. We haven't dealt with this before but I think it's been established that the 12 songs on the album should be different songs.
  3. when applicable, the same song can be applied to different themes, just not to a repetition of the same theme.
  4. screw all this hard work, I order a pizza.
  5. I love the allusion to backless apron dresses. awesome thanks!
  6. YOU ARE STRONG AND SEXY SCOTT.
  7. I'm surprised he even cooked the damn thing.

  9. here ya go. Ottawa Citizen Roger Waters show rescheduled for June 6 The Ottawa Citizen Friday, May 25, 2007 Pink Floyd fans, fear no more. An alternative date has finally been announced for Roger Waters' show at Scotiabank Place next month. Waters and his band will play at 8 p.m., Wednesday, June 6. The show was originally scheduled for June 4, and tickets for that date have been selling briskly for months. But it seems nobody at the NHL noticed the Bank was booked, and game four of the Stanley Cup final between the Ottawa Senators and the Anahiem Ducks was booked for the exact same time - 8 p.m., June 4. For several days, 10,000 or more Waters fans have been wondering how the conflict would be resolved. The new date was announced Friday, and all tickets for the June 4 date will be honoured for the June 6 date. Rogers is performing two sets on the the tour dates, and the second set is Pink Floyd's Dark Side of the Moon, one of the most successful rock albums in history.
  10. for the Copps Coliseum show I presume? I dunno bud, I think just getting on the inernet is the best way. Although there are those remote ticketmaster locations around still - perhaps showing up early and getting in line the old-fashioned way is still the best way but then I haven;t done that for years and I wouldn't know many like-minded people there could be waiting with you......? good luck!
  11. a reliable dude associated with Waters' management posted on a Floyd fan board, saying that the Ottawa show (as well as one other) will be rescheduled, announcement by next Tuesday.
  12. yeah, it's a classic piece of satire.

  14. hey Waters freaks - while you're awaiting word of the concert, dig his private diaries: http://www.ingsoc.com/waters/humour/rwdiary.html
  15. right, and it's exactly that same sincerity that leads men to fly planes into buildings, shoot abortion doctors, set women and children on fire because of a beauty pageant, beat their suburban children and vote for political organizations dedicated to initiating a final apocalyptic war in the Middle East. This religious "sincerity" thing is dangerous indeed and certainly not something to be celebrated or encouraged (not that I'm suggesting you are doing that).
  16. Yeah I love beer as well! ---- I PM'd M.O.B.E. - let's give him an hour or so to check back in.....
  17. well the rule is and in this case I note "Bittersweet Motel" appears on the *official* download of the 7-29-03 Burgettstown, PA show. As this is an official, commercial release, I'll say it stays (but please don't make me regret this.....). Had it not been offered for purchase by the official Phish organization, it wouldn't contend.
