    picked up a couple tix today from Rotate This ..you can't beat $13.50 for a show these days.. looking forward to rockin' out on a Saturday night...woot

  11. Radiohead has been added to the list of performers at this year's Grammy Awards, scheduled for February 8th in Los Angeles. This is the band's first ever performance at the Grammys, as well as their first live televised performance in the US since 2000. The band is nominated for 5 Grammys this year, including best album for In Rainbows. Radiohead joins a list of other artists slated to perform, including Paul McCartney, Justin Timberlake, T.I., Kanye West, Jay Z, Coldplay, and many more.

  13. hell ya..if Measha is singing! she has a broader range than just opera check out the following video of her covering Joni Mitchell there's something magical about that girl
  14. i'm not going to any of those shows, but I never go out anymore (and I don't/can't cross the border). If they (either Phish or The Dead) come up to Toronto I will be there, but I'm not holding my breath. Besides, I would rather go see the likes of Measha Brueggergosman nowadays...call me old!
  15. that's right ! we caught their last tune that night at The Horseshoe. I definitely want to hit this up on Friday night. This band plays my kinda tunes :thumbup: btw: Thursdays show in Peterborough has Mike Duguay opening. Some of you may remember Mikey D from this forum (it's been a few years since I have seen any posts by him here though).
