thanks everyone! i really appreciate it! I truly believe in the power of thoughts/vibes/prayers, whatever you wanna call it. those of you who have met my mom realize how extremely awesome she is and i love her more than I could ever possibly explain. I really wish I could go home and be there for her. thanks again! I'll post more when I know more

I found out last night that my mom has breast cancer. We don't know what kind or what treatment she'll be getting until she meets with an oncologist on monday, but I believe they caught it early enough. She went every year for her mammograms and such. If everyone could just send a few good vibes and/or prayers her way, I would really appreciate it. Thanks!

this summer, while going to the 4 shows at red rocks, a neighbor asked me, "so you're going to see the same band four nights in a row?" I had to explain to him that, for the most part, the setlists are different, unlike the majority of touring bands that just play the same setlist every night in a different city. so, hearing one song a few too many times should be a forgivable faux pau (sp?) PS. i'm drunk and this post has required a lot of puctuational editing... sorry if I've missed any flubs
