Where's the hype for this show?? These guys are awesome. I'll be there taping with a few friends. Hopefully a decent crowd makes it out.

Just got my stereo stolen a few weeks back in Boston... it was a pioneer with ipod adapter box. All that was stolen, as well as my 60gb ipod. I have since replaced it with a new Alpine CDE-9873 with fullspeed ipod connection, for $200 tops. I gotta say the interface is great, and those of you that are complaining probably haven't tried the new alpine units with quick search and full speed... it's amazing! The amp in the alpine sounds great too.

I'm pretty sure they opened with half of Head and finished the second set before the encore with the rest of head... i don't believe it was just teases... but maybe i'm wrong.

holy shit, this is literally down the street from me.. i can walk there in 2 minutes. i know the sisters have been taped many times.. i'm hoping it's cool for this show.

I'm definitely there. FYI, those of you tapers that might be interested. Umphrey's has a new policy in which if you agree to tape/spread the show, you can get a free tapers ticket to all their shows. Just email jon@umphreys.com and ask about it. He'll probably ask you what rig you run and ask for links to shows you've uploaded. I have already been talking to him, so I will definitely be there to tape, and I can't wait! If the Rochester and Buffalo shows weren't also on worknights I'd hit those also.

Haha, technically speaking, Cambridge is part of the Tri-City and is a major part of Waterloo Region. Kitchener-Waterloo-Cambridge for the most part don't have any real space between them. The only thing separating Cambridge from Kitchener is the 401, so if you think of it as all one city, it's just a hair over 500,000 people. That's by no means small. I think wikipedia has the Tri-City listed as the 9th largest metropolitan area in Canada. Hopefully JSB gets the turnout here that they deserve!

Yeah, I hope it's not dead. I wouldn't call Cambridge small... 120,000. I think that's bigger than Peterborough, Kingston, and Guelph... I hope there's a decent turnout though.
