Esau
I'd send a thank you and perhaps some blank CDRs. Always a welcome thing.
CyberHippie
If you have highspeed and a burner download a couple of shows off the archive and send him some canjam. I've always found that american traders are very kind to us Canadians. I've gotten some great gifts.
SaggyBalls
send him some canjam and some cool canadian indie rock...godspeed, BSS, the sadies, cuff the duke...you know the really cool canadian bands that guy likely hasn't heard about. and send him some map-o spread and some canadian cheez whiz. stuff that's just a bit different and useful. you could always send him a tape of air farce and this hour has 22 minutes...a gift which would be ideal if you could get him to videotape the look of confusion on his face - 'what the hell is so funny about this crap' would be the most notable quote of the tape.
