They use imported Cuban tobacco, and imported cubans, and make hand-rolled Cuban cigars. BradM brought me back one of these from TO during the Slip run and it was as good as any cigar I've ever smoked (including Romeo & Juliets, cohibas, montecristos, and my favourites, Ruysdael).
