AdamH
I went to bed around 2:30 last night, and just as I was falling asleep my bed started to shake and I could hear the walls of our building creak. It was the wierdest thing, but apparently there was a small earthquake north of montreal that could be felt in Ottawa. Anyone else who was drunk and stoned like me wonder if the grim reaper had finally come for you?
secondtube
More seismic activity earlier in the week. MONTREAL (CBC) - An earthquake measuring 3.5 on the Richter scale rattled parts of Quebec along the border with the United States Wednesday evening. The epicentre was about five kilometres southwest of Huntingdon, Que., and the tremors were felt as far away as Montreal. Cathy Woodgold of Natural Resources Canada says the quake wasn't strong enough to cause damage. The earthquake hit in the western Quebec seismic zone, an active area for quakes. Ms.Huxtable
Whoa, at that time we were wasted in the basement jamming away. I can't say I noticed anything at all over MagicPat's pussssssy song. Didn't even move the nick nacks, but still very cool.
