Teams will be so characterful in a couple years and the standings will be tight.... For teams like Pittsburg, Calgary, Edmonton, Ottawa, St. Louis, Tampa Bay, Nashville, Columbus, it's going to be great. Remember the Leafs in the late 80's? Except for a couple rushes by Bjore, no, neither do I... get set for the fall of the Leafs Sens are going to come out Flyin', and not look back, Unless Haseks back backs out of course , though Prusek should be in his Prime by now. Off the top of my head, I'd take any of these forwards over Alfie: Iginla, Forsberg, Sakic, Lecavalier, St. Louis, Richards, Thornton, Nash, Koivu, Bertuzzi, Naslund, Heatley ( I hope he can return to form ).
