One of the answers (I haven't read them all) might help.Aloha,Brad

FairySari
Do you remember which booth had the Kobe beef? (i think it was wolfgang puck but i can't remember). Whichever restaurant it was, they probably serve it there...
AdamH
The Healthy Butcher (Queen St.) would have it. There was an article in the Ottawa Citizen about it not too long ago, and they listed places to get it here and elsewhere in Ont. It's obscenely expensive to buy, like $65 ribeye steak expensive. In Ottawa I believe Aubry's and Saslove's will both order it for you.No...give me beef short ribs any day!

zero
Kobe cattle are also forced to lead very sedentary lifestyles exercising very little. It leads to far superior marbling and tenderness.
