bradm
I just got a digital camera (as a present from my employer in honour of having been here for 15 years ), and while it's not the best, it'll do for what I want. What sites do people recommend for hosting the pictures I'll take? I'll want to link directly to images (i.e., each picture should be accessible via its own URL), and, ideally, include a bit of descriptive text with each image. What are people using? Aloha, Brad

phorbesie
i like snapfish.com, but it doesn't work on this site for some reason.it is free essentially (you just have to order one print once a year...prints are 10 or 12 cents).i've used it for 6 years and never found that there is a limit on uploads, i've got tons and tons of albums. very easy to use also! ollie
Another recommendation for flickr.com although they have recently removed some features for non-paying users (e.g. maximum of 3 photo sets).
