bradm
I have a love of, and affinity for, the English language. I know how to use it, know what the rules are, and how to break them effectively when I need to achieve a certain effect. There are those who think that the requiring of the correct use of the English lanuage is something whose importance is reducing, if not has vanished completely. Such people probably don't use Rogers in the Maritimes. Now if I could just find a contract blunder centred around (in)correct use of apostrophes... Aloha, Brad

StoneMtn
Awwww! Now you went and ruined my joke, Brad.(Sorry, my friend; how could I resist?)Incidentally, that case made me laugh this morning when I read it. That is some poor contract drafting (not to mention even poorer editing, revising, approving...)

boiler
Perhaps this is the reason I just spent an hour and a half arguing with these jackasses over my cell phone bill. They just charge you whatever they feel like and then see if you have time to deal with it.Maybe I should look for some signigant commas in my cell contract.
