bONES
This will be a great show, can't wait to see you all there! Tickets are $36.50 + Facility fee for that price I'll pass! I remember going to the Lee's Palace gig for $20 and had friends not willing to pay that much. It was a good show, but IMO he's a hasidic reggae artist, not a SUPERSTAR
StoneMtn
I'm in for sure. I've wanted to see him for years.
boiler
I'd love to see him but I tink cowboy is right. A little pricey for his level of popularity I believe.
afro poppa
wow, thats really pricey! Hartamophone
IMO he's a hasidic reggae artist, not a SUPERSTAR [color:purple]You're right, there are many other, way bigger names on the Hasidic reggae circuit.
Jared
i'm a big fan of his work, i probably play his album on my ipod at least once a day. but I still won't pay over $20 to see him.he's not at all a big enought name to be trying to get that much money
StoneMtn
I must admit I haven't committed to buying a ticket yet, mainly because of the 70 bucks per pair (likely plus service charges, etc.) especially because it's on a weeknight. I'm going to see how I feel about going that day, and then buy tickets if I want to go. (15 bucks less per ticket, I would have just bought them right away; so I agree with you for sure.) Jared
after thinking abou it more, there is no way i'd pay that, and i really want to see him and I really have the money, but thats just to much,, time to start being more responsible with my money I guess.Ive seen way bigger names around here for less then that? how much were tix to the last ben harper or dave mathews show? questcequecest?
$37.50 + $5.50 (convenience charge) = $43.00I'd love to go but, forty-three dollars is too much!! Good luck filling the Docks.
bONES
twice the price this time he's in town and at a venue twice the size?what gives?i'm guessing that had he played Lee's again for $20, we'd all be making plans here for the pre-party, instead of passing on this show.
