ollie
Or fire Eli Wilson. That works.

Freak By Night
Well I'm glad Eli's reign of terror is over! Don't worry Booche, Murray's days are probably numbered.
dave-O
Seriously, how far down the scapegoat chart do you have to get to fire the goalie coach? But at the same time, Eli was brought in as Emery's personal coach and we all know how well the goalies have played since then. Can't hurt to change things up.
Booche
This is apparently true, and dedicated to the Sloth:Eli coaches Carey Price during the summer.

dave-O
The lolz keep coming. Sounds like Mike Brodeur might get the start tonight - Leclaire took a shot in practice (you mean he stopped one? ha) and Elliott is sick. Also, Ed Belfour has been let go as goalie consultant for the St. Louis Blues. Rough week for goalie coaches.

rubberdinghy
BRODEUR!!!!!! Ok...2 things... Did it not seem like Brodeur was very calm and relaxed between the pipes tonight compared to what we usually see from Leclaire and Elliott? Also...love the way he's always standing up tall in front of the net. Let's start a 3 way goalie controversy this year!!

ollie
I loved how happy the Sens players looked after last night's game. I needed that too.
Freak By Night
Sets the stage nicely for tomorrow night's game against the Habs - both teams coming off victories, both teams equal in wins, losses, and points.
localcrew
I'm not much of a stat watcher but I heard an interesting stat last night. I can't claim to have even really been aware of how subpar our goaltending is. Apparently our defence allows the 2nd fewest shots in the NHL while our goalies somehow have the 2nd worst save percentage. In spite of this we currently have a playoff spot!!! Imagine how well we would be doing if our goalies were even average let alone really good.......I don't think most people realize what a good job our 'd' is really doing.....I know I didn't.... If that's not saying a lot, for a team that's never had consistent goaltending, I don't know what is!
