IT guy: There isn't one, it's a keyboard.

bg: Just tell me how big the hard drive is.

IT: Sir, it's just a keyboard, it doesn't have a hard drive.

bg: I'm not going to ask you again... how big is the hard drive?

IT: 10 gigs.

bg: Okay, go ahead.

While we're on the topic of being IT support for parents, can anyone recommend any good remote access software?

When I move out of town my parents will be left defenseless against technology and will continue to need my help from afar. I want to simply log into their computers and fix whatever ails them, bypassing the annoying step-by-step support phone conversations.
