Excellent lineup! Granted these aren’t the biggest names, but there are a lot of really talented, upcoming, local acts that talk the “folk†aspect to new areas.

...just throw in a Patrick Watson and we're good! :-)

(sadly theres a high chance I may not be able to make it too :-((

a small question - what's with the reliance on pdf to show the schedule?

i think i will go saturday for calexico. saw bryson and weakerthans on saturday and they need a ton of rehearsal. hopefully they get some practice in this week, because none of them know jim's new songs front to back, and the weakerthans struggled in his old songs too.

It likely has to do with their reliance on free and or temp help- including web work. Unfortunately in keeping costs down some things aren't done at a premier level. The website has taken a huge leap forward since last year, but that is a valuable comment and I will mention it to someone.

Is this a problem mostly with your handheld? Would this also be a problem for Mac or Blackberry users? Thanks in advance.

i can view it no problem on both my laptop and my iphone. just seems weird to publish to a file that people have to download and have other software to open when plain html is easier to update at their end and easier for the end user.

just a thought.

CALEXICO!!

Check out Horse Feathers if you get a chance! They were excellent at the Hillside Festival this year during their own set as well as the backing band during the Gospel Hour Sunday set. They're from Oregon, so likely won't be back around here for quite a while.
