otherones90210
I'm listening to this today and I gotta say that this is a great album and a great idea. They went into studio and re recorded A lot of their old classic tunes that have changed so much over the years so that the sound quality would match their newer stuff.Nice crisp 13 minute studio Rebubula is the stickness!Track Listing:1. Spine of a Dog 4:402. Yodelittle 7:503. Saint Augustine 4:274. Mexico 10:055. Rebubula 12:596. Buster 9:087. Captain America 3:408. Okayalright 4:169. Tailspin 5:04 10. Seat of my Pants 7:57 Edited June 1, 2010 by Guest

ollie
I'm listening to it on Napster right now. They didn't re-record every song did they? Because Okayalright sounds the same.Cool concept though.
otherones90210
They only re recorded the earlier tracks. They found the sound quality from the Fatboy, Headseed, No Doy era differed too much from the Wormwood, Conch stuff.Seat Of My Pants had not made an appearence on a studio album so it was added as a nice little bonus. c-towns
It sounded like old man moe.lite to me, I prefer the originals myself. Captain America with turn tables? Yuck.
jaybone
I think moe. puts out the best studio albums of any of the "jambands".

otherones90210
The Captain America is not a remake. The original version that appeared on Dither had DJ Logic doing turntables.I agree with MOE. having the best studio albums, especially at the point where they started using live bass and drums as their bed tracks so as to capture the live MOE. feel. To each there own though I suppose
