2. I just ate your dog.

A simple "I hate your fucking dog" is probably more offensive than either of your original statements and doesn't insinuate that you're some sort of cannibal who is into bestiality. However if you truly wish to express your contempt for the owner of the dog by degrading yourself and the dog, then something offensive could be said along the lines of "I just donkey punched your dog, and the bitch yelped with pleasure".
