jaybone Posted November 5, 2010 Report Share Posted November 5, 2010 I think truffles could hold their own on a burger.I had a fois gras stuffed burger in NYC and found the fois gras was lost in the mix. Truffles, however, have a very unique flavour. I can pick a hint of truffle oil in almost any dish.I would shell out $45 for the experience.
