Basher
Check out vegweb.com , just realize these are submitted by people, so read the ratings! One of my favourites is the Spinach and Mushroom Risotto here!
6ftgroove
TVP tacos!!! go buy a taco kit and sub TVP (textured vegetable protein?) for the hamburg. you can barely tell it from real meat! if you try to go a month as a vegetarian watch out for bacon. it has corrupted more veg-heads than any other meat/dairy product. paisley
refried bean burritos -refried beans warmed in a pan (maybe a little canola oil in the pan too) -rice -tomatoes (or salsa) -shredded lettuce -some type of thin flat bread for the wrap -medium or hot sauce (like from taco bell, available at the supermarket... and taco bell) (buy a couple of avacados, garlic and make guacamole) (add sour cream or cheese if you like and you're not trying for vegan) tasty, filling, quick and easy (will keep you going strong for weeks on tour) TVP is a good suggestion, with flavouring also try : Tempeh - tasty meat replacement more good veggie recipes yet more good recipes (not all vegetarian but some good ones if you look around) try buying some organic fruits and veggies... usually more expensive but healthier and tastier
