well, I just had Uncle Sam's. They claim to be from Albuquerque, New Mexico, but every single trophy on their table is from eastern ontario. I don't get it.

anyway, good ribs there...but I suspect they'd all be eerily similar. In fact, for $13/half rack, I could make a full rack and more at home and they'd be just as good. I've made them successfully twice already. Ribs aren't rocket science.
