Halloween officially moved to Nov.1st this year due to some astronomical timing. It's like a leap year. Also....Nov.2nd is the first sunday of November (duh). I think that means the clocks HOWL back 1 hour on saturday night.

great news. I met with The Murder Plans tonight and they are very psyched up to play that night. They'v e been promoting the show to their fans and scene pretty heavy. It's going to be a very incredible night of music.

Acorn bread 1 cup acorn flour 1 cup white flour 2 tsp baking powder ¾ tsp baking soda 1 tsp salt 2 large eggs ½ cup or honey ¼ cup oil or butter 1 cup milk (buttermilk is best!) 1. Mix dry ingredients together. 2. Add all the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth. 3. Pour batter into a 9x9 baking pan, or 10-inch cast iron frying pan 4. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes. 5. Serve hot with plenty of butter! Honey or maple syrup is good on it too!
