what i meant by my comment was that the best players in the world should be able to score goals. i don't care if they dominate anything, have sustained pressure, etc. they didn't score as many goals as their opponent.

well corey perry was garbage on that empty net goal. and the rest of the team wasn't much better.

I think it was a Star reporter that noted the dude who wrote the Guardian piece is their golf reporter and speculated he was pissed for not being assigned to Pebble Beach. The Star reporter also notes that the UK sent more journalists to the games than athletes. I wonder why they have to bring in a zamboni from Calgary. Surely there are zambonis in Vancouver that could be rented. Or are they customized for speed skating ovals?

Just for the view though. Everything else about The Gorge is brutal, in my limited experience. Bonnaroo is a much better festival, but this year the lineup at Sasquatch is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay more to my liking that Bonnaroo.

Way better lineup than bonnaroo, wow. When I was there a freak cold front came through so I'm not the best to ask about the weather. Wow. What a lineup!!
